hahahaha, this made me chuckle.
Why is this supposed to be funny? Lupus is WeLl nasty, my colleague has it and bits of her bruise and swell for no reason...
The humor is in the reference to the TV show "House" in which the second season (maybe the first) made heavy use of lupus as part of the lists of possible diagnoses for mysterious ailments. In fact, in the DVD set for that season, there's a montage of all the lupus references. This is not, of course, making light of the actual disease.
Man, too bad my life doesnt have this much spontaneity!
I suffer from Lupus and I wish the writers for House would take this more serious and mention it even more. Lupus needs all the awareness it can get.
